my hair is a little past my shoulders but not too much, can i get layers that look like this? Or is it impossible?

In that pic the girl has extensions so that first layer you see is where her real hair begins. You can get long layers too but it won't look like the pic unless you start your layers up higher. If you have shoulder length hair you can get it layered but it probably wont look exactly like that picture. You may have to get extensions to copy that look exactly, unless your hair is exactly the same length as the woman in the picture.

It's possible but since your hair is shoulder length, you could possibly loss a lot of length in the front... Or the layers will not be very obvious, depending on how you get it done... Take the picture to your stylist and discuss it with them, they'll figure out how to do it and make you look just as good!
