Take a flatting iron or curler and curl the ends so they FLIP out NOT in

straighten it, curl it, crimp it, put it up, blow dry it, air dry it... try everything and see wich looks the best

I was having the same problem I had very short hair and was trying to grow it out it was horrible. I went and got a short pixie cut and now I love it. try something shorter.
