Hair cut to get?

I need a hair cut for back to school and I am clueless so if anybody has any ideas or pictures that would be great

(hair is up to my shoulder now and not layered also should I dye my hair blonde or would I look weird or just add some highlights.

If i were you...

i would keep it dark brown then add bright blond highlights (maybe lowlights) and get it chopped up not layered.

try a new style as well.

Grow it out, Comb your Hair, Wash it, And add some medium darkblonde highlights. Lighter Bangs as well and straighten.
