i want to cut my hair like hilary duff's when she was younger

would i just tell my hair dress i want layers starting from my chin? and how would i be able to explain how i want my bangs last time i said i wanted them side swept but they didn't turn out how i really wanted them, i'm getting a pretty cheap haircut 16-20 dollars ish. please help me, i really have no clue what to tell my hairdresser

I work in a hair salon, and you need to bring a picture to your hairdresser. The price of a haircut doesnt matter, as long as the technique is done right. If you're not getting results you like, then you need to find another stylist.
