Is your hair suppose to feel more fuller when you grow it out or falter?

My hair is curly not tight spiral curls but curly, then when i brush it , it gets puffy and no curls , looks like i got electricuted, lol anyways

when my hair was in the mid of my neck it was very full, now its almost down to my shoulders and its not full any more, if this makes sence.

My hair has some layers in it , but they grew out. I dont know what kind of hair cut i should get

lol electricuted. I know what you mean. Just use two creams. 1. For frizze control. So you won't get electricuted anymore. lol. 2. A volume cream. Its so nothing will happen to the feel of your hair but it will shine and have more bounce and LOOKS like it have alot of volume. Happy to help!
