Ok so I have dandruff..i THINK. it doesnt look like it though! they're like some big chunks! when like i lift a layer of my hair, u can see it. it WASNT there before. could it be from straightening hair? i was my hair everyday and straighten everyday. hmmm...

dandruff is from dry hair. try some head and shoulders :) also dying your hair dries out your hair which would probably make it worse.

I've been thinking the same thing too. Everytime I dye my hair, dandruff goes away. But for sure, it just comes back. So yeah, I think the best way to get rid of dandruff is to go for a hair spa. And, when you apply your hair with shampoo, make sure you really rinse it off. I'd recommend applying shampoo 3 times when you;re taking a bath. If all else fail, go to the salon and people there can help you out. Good luck!

I recommend seeing a dermatologist. If it is dandruff, they can help guide you to the correct shampoos (some are rx). What you are saying sounds like what I have and I use T/Sal or T/Gel (they sell it everywhere). Both are great for scalps. T/Sal is stronger but T/Gel doesn't smell as bad.

Dandruff is flakes of dry skin, dying your hair won't help it, it will likely make it worse. Use a scalp care shampoo and conditioner, ie Head %26amp; Shoulders.
