I am a pre-teen.I am trying to change my appearence for the better.I need some hair and make-up tips.I have medium hair,it is brown and layered.As for make up i have green eyes,what colors would compliment my face?

well you could dye your hair a little darker rich chocolatey brown to make your eyes brighter. as for makeup (eyes) golden browns, soft pinks, gold, metalic silver, black liner, peachy pink lips and cheaks. but be care ful to stay soft and dond go over board seeing a very young person with tons of makeup can be a really shocking eye full

I am a little concerned that you are a "pre-teen" %26amp; that you are wanting to change your appearance for "the better". You are very young %26amp; have a bunch of changes ahead of you.

However, to answer your question, I would suggest going very minimal. Green eyes %26amp; brown hair tell me that you have neautral undertones. The best colors for neautral undertones would be pink gloss (one with a shimmer, to give your lips some "pop"), %26amp; I would suggest a very light shade of brown or gold for the eyes. Maybe some clear mascara to give your lashes a little bit of length without weighing them down with "fake" color.
