ok i need some new ways to wear my hair

i'm asian, and i have a medum length to shortish straight dark chocolate brown hair and dark brown eyes

my hair is in layers, the longest parts barely toutching my shoulders

i have some bangs, their not the really long kind, but they kinda cover my eyes a bit if I wear them straight

my hair can be put into two pigs tails

last year, i wore my hair in a disgusting looking geledstubby ponytail all year long (i know...EWWWWWWWWWW)

if you don't like your hair, why not grow it out? i think short pony tails are cute for school when you have to do P.E., cheer, soccer, whatever. there isn't going to be some miraculous hair do that you probally haven't thought of. you can do large loose curl, bonnacelli-esque and see if you like them, i wouldn't do them everyday though. keep it stick staright with a flat iron. shaggy layers are popular right now, and have been for a while. they look pretty rock n roll, but if you're no into that, your hair sounds fine the way it is.

thats a tricky one with hair only to shoulder length. maybe a quiff? thats in at the mo'? and looks good with hair thats layered as well as hair thats not.

Use a clawclip then and clip some back. That always looks cute. Also you could put it in a messy bun or braids.

i'd say you should wear it on a bun and curl little pieces of hair and leave'em out!

Since your hair is in layers, I would recommend flipping the ends. Just take a thick curling iron and curl them outwards. Then take your fingers and run it through the curls. Gives a nice effect. Hair spray to set.

Try using volumizing mousse or gel, brushing and then blowing your hair dry.

For your bangs, try a side part and sweep them to one side. Side parts look best especially on broader faces.

Try just a "messy" bun and then letting a couple strands out in front around your face. Same can be said about wearing it in a ponytail, just let out a few strands of hair in addition to your bangs.

You can always get a clip and put your hair up in a twist.

lol. im not an expert because im not a girl.

girls with meduim length dark hair at my school wear it straight with a bow thing in it.

and they wear it kinda curly at the end...

You could pin back your bangs, you could put your hair half up and half down, like a half ponytail sort of thing, or you could leave it down and straiten it, or you could curl it. You could also flip it out at the end.

well if you find it hard to put up maybe you should consider using accesories to jazz up your style.

you should also try curling your hair and straightning your fringe as it gives more texture to your hair...

try a half ponytail... they only really look nice with medium short hair.. they dont look good with long hair.. or try headbands.. theyre still in, take advantage of that.
