i think you should add some more layers or a side bang at the front because it seems kind of boring and maybe you could go for some low lights or put some red in your hair instead of the blonde for a change.

maybe side swept bangs and a trim. Try a new color. It looks like your ends are dry. Try a leave in moisture conditioner. Also, if you flat iron and/or blow dry buy heat protectant. Sally's beaty has some great stuff for flat iron and blow dry that I use and very affordable!

yea i think you ought to let go of the big blonds plugs and get a more nutural color, get some flow going with some layers that soften your features.
